Gran River Subdivision

Our Neighborhood Website

Gran River HOA projects are designed to enhance both the quality of life of our residence and the long term property values in our community.

The Gran River HOA is working on landscape improvements to the long drive for the pool and tennis courts.  This plan includes vegetation and irrigation.

The tennis pavilion and surrounding walk was completed during 2009 and early 2010.  It provides an area to view matches and host gatherings.

Sidewalks now extend from the Gran River entrance down Bush Road to Medlock Bridge.  This provides walking access to the Forum shops.  The county is currently constructing sidewalks that will connect Gran River to Berkeley Lake.

The front entrance is designed to be a colorful and inviting gateway to the neighborhood.  Seasonal colorful plants are installed.  Holiday decorations festoon the entrance during the season as well.

This project was completed in early 2010.  It included an upgraded gravel walk to the river and a sign marking the path entrance.

Project List

The HOA is working in conjunction with Gwinnett county Water Management to correct and manage erosion caused by the creek running behind homes on River Hollow Run.  Not only will the project result in better water management, the county will beautify the area as well adding to the charm and views of this neighborhood water feature. The project is in the evaluation and design phase.  We have formed a team of residents most affected by the creek to work with the county engineers.  Please send an email to granrivernews@gmail.com if you are interested in being a part of the Stream Team.  Click here to visit the county site and learn more about these types of projects.
